So, of course, this is a mega fancy hotel which I (especially after the spa) can't afford to actually stay in. I can afford, however, to eat lunch in their restaurant.
The restaurant features organically grown native foods that are locally sourced. I had the summer three course lunch:

Steak sandwich with Anasazi fries - I asked for my steak to be well-done, and then asked the waiter if that meant they would spit on my sandwich. He said no, but apparently they won't make it well-done, either.
Home made ice cream trio...creamy deliciousness.
